1956年，成舍我先生本著「實施民主政治須先健全新聞事業；健全新聞事業需有足夠傳播專才」之體認，成立「世界新聞 職業學校」，以培養「德智兼修，手腦並用」之新聞傳播人才，同年10月15日開學上課，當時僅有初、高級各一班，全校只有63人。今天，世新大學慶祝創校五十周年。

從小培在淡水的家的陽台上，可以看見漁人碼頭和一整片海岸線，心曠神怡。我們從這裡出發，目的地：白沙灣，重頭戲：海灘摩托車。白沙灣位於北海一週的中心點，介位麟山鼻與富貴角間，佔地廣大，白沙灣海水浴場位於石門鄉德茂村沿岸，沙灘寬闊綿延一公里長。避開炎夏，十月天的沙灘應該不會人擠人。
我和Yoyo先前往沙灘和老板談價錢，也順便騎了一小時不計費的海灘摩托車。她很厲害，我坐在她後面感覺很安全，我很糟糕，她坐在我後面一直擔心害怕我會衝到海裡。
可愛的松和小鄂，連聲尖叫和歡笑。
18歲很年輕，很瘋狂，生日快樂！

九份是台北縣早期盛產金礦的地方，後來金礦挖盡就沒落了。Jose說九份很漂亮，要帶我和美娟去，於是我們看著bus guide自己搭公車到了這個靠海的小鎮。這裡算是我來到台灣之後去的第一個山山水水的地方，懷舊的建筑也讓我好喜歡，走累了我們就停下腳步到一家叫Babka的咖啡店，走歐風鄉村路線，老板和老板娘喜歡聊天，說著自己怎樣從基隆來到九份圓開店一夢，說著對咖啡的鐘愛。喝到這樣用心泡制的咖啡，在心裡也會留下香味。
